«The School» - a comprehensive medical examination for children

Before entering the school, it is required to submit, among the student's documents, the following medical certificates: the form 086-1/O - «Medical certificate of a comprehensive educational institution student on the results of a mandatory medical preventive examination») and the form No.063 about vaccinations. Schoolchildren at the age of 11 and 14-15 years before the beginning of the school year need to submit only a certificate of form 086-1/О.

Doctor consultations:

• Pediatrician.
• Ophthalmologist.
• Orthopaedist.
• Rufier test.
• One consultation of your choice (depending on the need or requirement of the school): dermatologist, neurologist, otolaryngologist).

Consultations of other speciality doctors if necessary shall be paid additionally.

Laboratory anlyses:

• General blood test.
• General urine test.
• Blood glucose analysis.
• Fecal analysis for helminth eggs.

Instrumental studies:

Electrocardiogram with interpretation.
